I was able to connect, but was led to a blank page - I checked the source code and there was content, but I couldn't see anything. My computer locked up when I left the site.
 
I had no problem other than only a partial download of the pictures. Perhaps it is the ball-pein hammer I keep waving at my computer?

I would just about bet that all of you for whom it's not working are using Netscape. I tried it with Netscape and got the same. Then I tried IE and got the whole page. It looks like another of those "optimized for Internet Explorer" pages that MicroSlop Frontpage or the like has optimized to not work in Netscape. I haven't tracked it down, but it looks like the old "invalid multiply nested tables" trick. It's typical Frontpage invalid HTML.

Bingo. I'd been using Netscape - when I tried using IE it worked fine. The links to East Timor and the Regimental Museum aren't working.
