Rquest for a catalogue

I emailed Kershaw and requested a 2008 catalogue. They responded quickly within a very short time and told me the catalogue would be sent quickly and if I needed anything else to let them know. That is very good customer service. Kudos to Thomas and Kershaw!

I was quite impressed. I need to send in a Shallot and a Leek/Composite blade that are not centered. I am interested to see turn around. I have become a real fan of Kershaw knives.

I got my Kershaw catalog quite fast. I wasn't even expecting it yet, and it showed up.

I ordered my Spyderco before it was available, but received it shortly after hearing of them being shipped.

Contrast that to the BM catalog that I requested months ago and have still not received. I was able to pick one up from my local dealer though, so I'm set.

Way to go Kershaw!!!
 
I got my catalogue from kershaw today. Now that is what I call customer service. Thank you Kershaw!
