If anyone has one of these or handled one, I would appreciate your thoughts.

Thanks,

Kirk

hey,

Nah you dont need good luck ,all you need is to not tell me in email to take my time and put your knife on the back burner tell i get to it as you understand that i had some problems, then complain about it. And also know that if i made a mistake on your knife that all you had to do is return it to have it made right , like any other knifemaker would offer when they made a mistake, oh yea and not to refuse to return it and then complain about that too.

Other than that, i havent made the equinox yet only the prototype
i have to get everyone caught back up after my divorce and move to maryland first before i start on them. ANd then i have 6 ordered which will be made first.

Allen, I saved all your e-mails. Would you like for me to post all your e-mails to me to add perspective to my comment?

Call this a pre-emptive strike, but let's let cool heads prevail. Backpacker, if you'd like, please take any posts concerning Mr. Blade to the GB&U forum.

I have done business with Allen in the past (and hopefully in the future) and have found his service to be just fine. He stumbled through a very stressful, rough time recently, so give the guy a break. Allen, if you're reading this, your #1 priority above all else is to get a new website running so I can have something new to look at! Drop the steel, back away from the grinder, but get that website up! :D Allen is a nice guy and he is making good on all the orders that he had a pretty darn good excuse NOT to fill on time. Let the dust settle and I'm sure things will be back to normal in no time. Viva la Chipmunk!
