This knife is at best, the pits. Always thought when you slid your thumb across the top of the scales it's suppose to be smooth and even. Also didn't know the blade should have chips in it and no makers mark.

Just a little to add, I purchased one of his neck knives and was very disappointed in it performance. When it arrived it would not shave hairs off my arm, it made 5 cuts through 5/8" manila rope, it was 1/2" shorted then advertised, the sheath that it came in was made of a really thin leather that would not hold the blade in. All in all very disappointed, he states many happy customers, I am not one of them. Richard J now has this blade to run an RC test and possibly find what kind of steel it is made from. But in a file test, it bites into the steel rather then skate over the edge. I expect that Richards test will show that it is in the 30's RC. What I got is a piece of s###. The seller stated that it would shave hair, made of 1095 and ? So far It WOULD not shave and would not hold an edge. I would not advise any one from wasting your money for one of these knives unless you are looking for a wall hanger, it does have nice file work.

It Wud B Easy For People To See The Pics Of The Knife .

Suppose I send the knife (might as well throw a few more dollars away) to a "real" knife maker for a honest opinion and tests? Then we could request a public report here on BF? Or we could do a pass around and let the members decide for themselves and post the results here. Are you game?

Already Sending A Knife To A Member For A Test And In A Few Days Result Will B Here On BF .
