The Sawby lock is rock solid. It takes some pressure to unlock, but once you learn where to press, it's pretty easy. One of only two truly amidextrous locks I'm familiar with.
Scott includes full instructions for operating and cleaning, but I've never had any dirt manage to make it's way inside.
