RS or Rodent 3 for EDC?

I'm in the market for a moderately small fixed blade as a ne edc knife. Browsing through the different forums and youtube, I haven't been able to find many good comparisons, let alone good pictures of either knife.
Any chance some of you lot could help a guy out?

R3 is not yet out! For now orders are being taken.

Depends on what you are looking for. R3 will be smaller and lighter than RS, so I'd say R3 for EDC.

Do we have any idea when we could expect R3's?

I already have an Izula that I'm pretty happy with. From what I've seen, the R3 looks pretty comparable to that. A little more size wouldn't go amiss since I usually carry a very small neck knife anyways so as not to scare the uninitiated. I'm looking for a compliment to that. As long as a RS is still reasonably concealable.

The Rodent Solution is a fantastic edc blade. I was so happy with my first that I quickly ordered another. It is. Very very comfortable knife to use and carry.

Original poster, change your title to include the Rat 4 and you will get more responses.

Why, that guy in the thread has some nice Rats! :D

Another option is Vex, overal size is almost exactly the same as RS, but it's lighter, slimmer and has longer cutting edge, and it's made of D2 which is a lot more rust/stain resistant.
Sorry don't have a comparison shot of the 2, may take a pic tomorrow with day light for better pic.
Here's Vex with AD for comparison:

Rodent 3 will be pretty much the same size as the Swamp Warden, here is a pic of RS and SW (with micarta slabs made by a member here)

There was one of those for sale today on Exchange...

You can't go wrong with any of the suggestions that have been offered. The R3 has been growing on me a lot.

I actually just bought a RS from mckrob. After thinning the edge out a bit and sharpening it, I'm really liking how it cuts. We'll see how it carries once my sheath gets here.

I like the Rodent Solution, but the Rodent 3 has been growing on me. After handling so many of those little buggers its hard not to fall in love with them
