I'm thinking about picking one up and sliding that whole thing inside a sweet potato for a day or two and give it a forced patina.
 
Nope...just plotting and thinking about my grandfathers method and how it would look on a big blade...gonna do it...just scared...it's kinda like dying....you don't want to, but you wonder what's on the other side.
