I bought a RTAK-2 a few days ago to replace my old K-Bar USMC. I have now read a number of posts stating that Ontario has had problems with its heat treating on several different blades, including the RTAK-2. Just what would be the symptoms of bad heat treating? Any way to test for it without using the knife? Thanks.
