I just got a Smokey Mountain Knife Works catalog in the mail today. I ordered something 3 or 4 years ago, so they keep sending them. Anyway, on page 40 I see where they are offering an RTAK-II for $59.99. Just wanted to pass this info along to anyone who may be looking for a large chopper on a budget. Again, I'm not selling, endorsing, or necessarily advertising for anyone, just letting my fellow knife fanatics know about a piece that is available at a decent price.

Yeah, I saw that. It's a good deal if the handle isn't too wide for your hands, as it is for mine.

I solved that problem easily enough by sanding the 'ridges' off the sides of the handles. Now it fits much better.
