Ruana knives???

So i got a ruana knife about 10 years ago... my first fixed blade... and was wondering what people thought of the brand

Great knives with goofy handles is my feelings about them.I wish I had one,I would say keep it forever.

well... it was my first fixed blade so i will always keep it or pass it down the line. It holds a wicked edge and the handle works fairly well for it, just wondering how other people felt

Not that there is any thing wrong with goofy,I kind of like goofy.I just always wondered about the aluminum.Seriously though,I handled some Ruana Knives at a knife show in Pigeon Forge a couple of years ago and I will own one someday.

they have decent prices which is something i like... yeah, i got mine in fairbanks alaska... wonder how aluminum handles would do in the winter
