Recommendation? Rubber Small Wheels that fit Reeder Small Wheel Attachment?

Anyone have recommendations for rubber small wheel's that will fit the Reeder small wheel attachment? Greg at Reeder had suggested to me USA Knife Maker, but their stock has been out for over a year on all sizes.
