Rube Goldberg

There is one computer inhancement. And thats too link the two scenes together, they ran out of hallway room :p

Already seen it
There was no computer enhancement or linking of scenes together.
It took 606 takes to get it right.

I know for sure that there was at least some computer enhancement done by the company "The MILL." Take a look at this website from the MILL regarding their work on this project. You can also see a higher quality version of this commercial, again from the MILL. I'm still trying to find out for sure whether this was actually done completely in real life or not.

True. It's in the "Making of" documentary on the website as well as on the director's diary website.

btw, no one is saying it didn't take 606 takes... but if you watch the documentary, they run out of set. So rather than ruin the wonderful linear progression with a right angle, the director decided to cut the machine in two at the muffler roll. It's relatively repeatible and not disingenuous to the ad.

All the CG company did was blend two muffler rolls and the backgrounds (done partially on blue screen). You can see the cg/bluescreen for that segement on the official website under the Making of section.

If I understand correctly, I have to disagree, either it's all one take or it's not.
