Hey guys, our own BladeForums member/writer and avid outdoors person Denis Prisbrey wrote an article on Ruger handguns. you done stole my idea !! That very-nicely-applied white-color outlining you put around the back sight ?? And that white dot on the front sight ??

Shoot golly, I did that to my Kimber two years ago, but I did mine up pretty in day-glo florescent orange paint, both front and back. Well, "pretty" isn't the correct word, I used a toothpick to dab the paint into place.... after that, it just sorta flowed out to wherever it wanted to flow, know what I mean ?? It's getting harder and harder to find good paint these days that will do exactly what you want it to, this younger generation of paint just seems to have a mind of it's own.

Anyway, I know your pain, when you describe your eyes past and present, you're describing my eyes past and present.

Thanks Carl, but I still wish there'd been more room for the knife. Space is always limited.
