Ruger SR9?

Howdy gents-

I've been looking on a few forums for info on this thing. One of the SR9's found its way into my hands when I was at the gun shop today, and I really liked the feel. No real hot spots, and a very low bore axis. Thin profile but still had 17 round capacity. I've been thinking of getting a 9mm for a while, to have something cheaper to feed than my 1911 and lighter to carry.

Anyone have an experience with these?

My Ruger .40 is my most accurate pistol. Decent trigger, too.

Spooky, I've been seriously thinking about getting an SR9 as well but like you have not heard much on it yet. But, I would be inclined to purchase based on my experience with Ruger's in generall.

I really liked the feel a lot, and of course Ruger has a nice reputation for reliability and ruggedness. If it shoots like it feels I think it's a winner.
