If you're looking for a full review, the interwebs have em, these are just some adjustments I've made since receiving this particular knife. After tear down & spa treatment, the following mods were deployed. Ya ready? Let's begin.

WARNING: G10 dust is hazardous to your health. Sand in water or under running water to reduce air born G10 particulates. Use of a dust mask or respirator is advised.

Let's address the top of the handle. My finger runs the top of every folder when I close the blade. The original G10 shape is a bit much for me, so sanding it down was key to comfort. Sanded it on the opposite side for looks.

Next, the detent is light. I'm guessing a deburring tool can be used on the detent pocket on the blade tang to get the detent ball to sit further in the pocket, but it's not bad enough for me to worry about it. Besides, the lockbar might ride on the blade if I do this mod, so I left the pocket alone & tweaked the lock bar a bit.

Last, the finger grooves were sharp. Sanded those down & dehorned (ask peeps w/ side arms) the rest of the G10 scales. Mucho comfortable.

Two more for luck!

All sanding done w/ these grits 80, 220, 320 & 400.

Very professional looking.
I'm surprised that you got such a nice finish with 400.
Good going !
I left the pocket alone & tweaked the lock bar a bit.
That was what I was going to suggest.
Did it work to your satisfaction ?

Thanks. It was well worn 400 grit & in water, so more like 700? o_O After tweaking the lock bar, I can still still force the blade out, it just takes more oomf. Good enough for me.
