The spring loaded blade vice (stage, table, clamp) lost it's fastener and launched the blade across the room. No one was hurt. The parts inside the cylinder scattered on the shop floor and have not yet been found.

The manual lacks any exploded diagrams or parts information to support this repair.

I am requesting repair advice.
