Just saw it and can't "carry" one in the occupied zone, but I may have to grab one for when I flee into Free America someday. They look Pretty Sweet!!!

Can't wait to handle one.

Post opinions and pics if you get one before I do.;)

Big fan of this knife. It was Harley Davidson branded initially. .then HK branded (when the HD deal desolved) Same knife, same scale milling, same steel, 154CM.. different logo.

It's big, it's bulky, it's beautiful...great in hand..very grippy w/ that chalky AFO type finish..tough in and on pockets in street cloths, but easily doable if you are accustomed to larger EDC's..make a great sheath, military, LEO and or pack knife.

The new version has S30V steel and looks to have different milling on the scales..or smooth bolster, so less milling..

I think it is one of the more under rated auto's out there..Built like a tank on the AFO platform w/ cooler, more funcrional styling ( bias: I loved and carried a 615 for years)..and IMO were a steal @ $150. The new version is up around $200, but, w/ the upgraded steel (I actually prefer 154CM)..still a great deal for what you get.

Great choice...post some pics when it arrives.

I had a first production run of the original Ruckus. It was huge and fun (that's what she said..?), admittedly too big to EDC. Sold it when I fell on some serious financial troubles. I regret getting rid of it. I would love it if Benchmade re-released the Ruckus II but in a manual configuration. I'd buy multiples.

It was actually a Benchmade branded design first, then it was HD, then HK. I have the large version and a handful of the smaller sized variants with 154CM and S30V, all Benchmade branded.

Im not referring to the 615/610 w/ G-10 and Micarta scales, Or the -1/-2..w/ full G-10 and assisted Axis..or the 6150 w/ auto Axis....

Im talking plunge lock auto w/ full Al scales..Was there a BM branded prior to the HD?
