Rules clarification for W&SS

Hey, since we had a poem posted into the W&SS forum, and a thermonuclear turdstorm got spewed forth because of it, I'd like to request a rules clarification.

OK, I lied, I want two rules clarifications :D

1.) Is it OK to post wilderness and/or survival poetry and such in the W&SS forum?

2.) Why do some posts get moved? I've seen some that were reviews, or requesting reviews of backpacks and such get moved to G&G. What makes them cross the line to no longer be an W&SS topic?

3.) Since it's called Wilderness and Survival Skills, are other forms of survival -- for instance urban -- reviews, gear talk and such allowed there, or is the forum in reality a Wilderness Skills and Wilderness Survival forum?

Thanks.

Just my opinion since I have never moved anything out of there.
Poem or other literature that is appropriate would be OK.
Trolling insults, childish behavior is not OK there. Even though it is the constant practice of a select few.

There's a sticky on the subject.

You probably saw it, but there were, I admit, quite a growing number of posts in W&SS that were about all sorts of stuff enjoyed by many outdoorsy folks, but nothing specifically dedicated to wilderness or survival skills... like cooking utensils, smoking paraphernalia, and the like.
