Don't know why you aren't being allowed to relist if the time since the last posting was 2 weeks.

As for adding to your signature space they mean add a signature line (as you can see I have done below my post). Go to your SETTINGS (in the very top line of the BladeForums page, at the right near your name and profile) and edit your sig. line. Simply add a highlight and the link to your sale thread. Then try to relist in a day or 2 or contact the admin. too see why your aren't permitted.

Just do what you think is right, then you'll have 50 people post how you screwed up and tell you the right way to do it :-)

It's been over two weeks so just post it in a new thread and you'll be fine.

Is what is bolded below what threw you?

It is referring to withdrawing or editing a thread and then re-posting the same item up again within the two weeks that it was initially posted.

9. You must wait 14 days (2 week rule) to relist an item for the second time. So once you list an item for sale, that item cannot appear for a second time in a sales thread until 2 weeks have passed from the date of the original thread. Any changes made to your existing sales thread (withdrawing, editing price, etc.) must be made to that thread, don't start new threads with the same items. Use a calendar if you need to. You can link your sales threads to your signature space, but don't make it a giant billboard.

Yea, a lot of people drop their price so that is taken to mean by many that they need a new thread. It's done at times to skirt the rules or because they didn't read them at all. You can and should start a new thread after the 2 weeks are up, that is and has been standard practice for a long time now. If read in context, it is clear.
