Rules links broken?

I saw something today that I thought was in violation of the rules. Before reporting it, I tried to confirm by referring to the FAQ and Rules. The FAQ page works, but clicking any of the topics just brings me to a blank white page. I know I've been able to access them in the past; so I'm not sure if this is site related, or an issue with my computer/browser.
 
The FAQ is indeed broken. It's a known issue and is being worked on.
If you feel there is a violation. Report it and let the mods decide, PM a Supermod or ask here.
