Rules Missing in Exchange?

If I'm not looking in the right place, I apologize. Here are the currently listed rules: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/announcement.php?f=746&a=98
However, I no longer see at least a couple of the rules that are fairly recent. One is the two-weeks-before-you-repost rule. The other is the rule against spamming keywords by including names of knives not actually being sold. Are these rules defunct? Or just missing?

How many threads are you allowed to have on the 1st page of the individual exchange? I looked but couldnt find the rule. Thanks

I apologize in advance since the disregard for the 2 week rule is a pet peeve of mine but, this happened again? http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php/855078-2-week-rule-for-re-posting-in-the-for-sale-section-still-in-effect

Shouldn't the selling rules last updated date be changed to 8/9/11? Anyone who read the "incomplete" rules has no reason to re-read them if you don't change that. It's a get out of jail free card for anyone violating the two week rule, especially since this time there is an admission that the rule was in fact missing for who knows how long.

Of course the 2 week rule would have to be enforced from time to time for it to matter anyway, but that's another issue.
