rumors about new paramilitary?

Hi guys,
I heared some rumors about new version of Paramilitary. Could it be? I did some searching but I cant find any confirmation in the net. Maby you know something? have a link?
 
Mr. Sal began seeking comments on a new Paramilitary in 2006. See generally this thread at the Spydie forum, and post #305 where he suggests some refinement of the lock in 2010.

The last I heard it will feature a 4 way clip and it will loose the blade tang notch that was bothering people.

Sal had a prototype in his pocket months ago. ;)

we can dream for a CF S90V version, but any new para should be awesome.

That's my biggest gripe..along with the lock not being my favorite.

Otherwise an awesome knife that loooks to be getting even better.:thumbup:
 
Held a proto at SHOT- it was awesome!!!!!!!! A lot of thought went into the re-design.

Not sure if I can mention any more, so I'll leave it at that.
 
I was just thinking about the new para the other day. If the tang and pocket clip placement is fixed it will, without a doubt, be one of the greatest production folders out there. The para is already up there, fix those things and it'll be even better. :thumbup:
 
Oh man this is going to be great! I love my Para and just traded one away the other day. Maybe I will replace it soon! ;)

Can you tell us anything about the re-design or did they make you sign an NDA?
 
I would say if Sal had it at the SHOT show for thousands of people to see and hold, he probably would mind if you discussed it. Unless of course, it wasnt on display, you promised not to tell etc...Come on, tell us man!!:D
 
sal already said that it will use a 4 way clip guys, so no need to hope, just need to wait
