Running Dog?

Anyone have any idea what the story is with Running Dog knives? I've e-mailed them a few times in the last eight/nine months and have always received the "we're coming back soon" response.

Anyone know if they're REALLY coming back? I think that they offer a TON of bang fo rthe buck.
 
Wow. That's disheartening. They had beautiful knives. I've got a Jr. Exec in BG-42 and stag. I hope they are coming back.

i contacted them before for quires and replied with reasonable lead time by Michael Murphy. why not try again and they do have some lovely tiny knives. :rolleyes:
 
Last I heard (a number of months ago) Michael was in Arizona(?) and Dell was in MI or WI. Michael had a few blades in storage and they were still planning or regrouping and having another go. Nice guys, and wish I had kept the remaining couple blades I had of theirs. I do miss their work...

Dogs knives is excellent maker, great "bang for the buck" knife-

That's them, BigBore. I had about four models I was interested in, with various levels of customization. TOTAL came to about $300.00(not bad for four handmade knives!).
