Rush 24 Hip belt?

I have had the RUSH 24 pack for about a year now and I absolutely love it! But, sometimes I wish it had a hip belt for the longer hikes so I could pack a little more weight in. Do you guys know of a way I could add a comfortable hip belt to it? 5.11 sells a belt for it but it costs 80 bucks for the padded part and you have to buy a belt for it too! Not happening haha. I could just get some 1.5 inch webbing and use that but I dont know how comfortable it would be. Any help would be much appreciated!

You really won't need a padded belt for the Rush 24. I'd recommend a Maxoedition Rolly Poly dump pouch. It folds up compact enough to keep in your pack, use the belt for a waist belt if needed.

I guess I am confused about the belt you mention? Would you mind clarifying for me?
