Just picked this one up recently. Russ filled an old order my Son placed a while back. This one is a stock removal piece, ground out of 1/8" CPM D2. Typical Russ perfect flat grinds, with his usual hand rubbed finish(dangit, why can't I get all the scratches going the same direction?). Blade is 5.5" long from tip to front of guard, with 5" of super thin cutting edge. Nickel silver single guard, with a nickel spacer surrounded by a red and a black spacer. Handle is one solid piece of natural canvas micarta. Overall length is 10.25". Feel and balance are exactly what a knife user wants. The knife feels light as a feather in the hand, as the balance point is directly behind the guard.

Even with MY crappy pics, you can see this one is awesome. :)

Have I ever mentioned that I really like Russ Andrews' knives?

This is another very nice one.
We kinda figured that what with your avatar knife and your posts rubbing the fact that he made the thing for you in our faces:grumpy::p:D

CPM D2 with that thin of a cutting edge should be a real slicer.
Very nice pickup Dan!
