I've already encountered a couple other fans of these inexpensive but very high quality knives. How many more of you are out there?
Some years ago my mother borrowed one of mine in the kitchen and she liked it so much I ordered a blade and put one together for her. Since then I make another one for her every Christmas or Mother's Day. I've also built a number of them for people over the years.
My favorites are the Sheep Skinner and the Dadley.
