Russian blades

Anybody here ever handled knives from ROSarmsZlatoust or Kizlyar? I see them on ebay and they look really nice, but I hesitate to spend so much on an unknown.

Both are quality Russian knives. They are not best at steel & HT (compared to non-Russian brands), but handle materials and finish are nice.
