russian knife company

ROSarms, has a sub-forum here in the manufacturers section. They are a seller of some very fine Russion blades, some similar to the pics you posted. They would also be most likely to help you with your question.

It's NOT RosArms.
It is AiR or A&R (I am not sure about correct english transcription). But both from the same city Zlatoust (it's like russian Zolingen).
 
I know Böker has a few models of them.
Not the most intresting and priced relative high.
 
These are not available in the US. The gentleman from the other forum that was thinking of starting a Distributorship decided not to try and bring them to the U.S. due to the various issues/challenges that were described in that thread. A pity as I think they have very nice looking designs and would sell well.
