Russian Soyuz carrying a neat Drilling...

Someone posted this in the Wilderness Forum. The reason I am posting it here is because Jeff had advised me to get that MIG Pilot / Cosmonaut book a few weeks ago and I received it last week. Cool read. The Russkies ripped off our ACR Electronics SDU Firefly Strobe and our P-38 can opener (which they tweaked with a folding bottle opener dropping out of the bottom of it).

Anyway, the little three-barrel (drilling) long gun on board Russian spacecraft is the right hand...the left hand is apparently concealing a 9X18mm Makarov according to the book Jeff recommended.

That knife is interesting. I've never heard about them before. I searched and found that they are made by Case? I this pic it looks like it has and edge with two different grinds. Anyone have one of these?

I think guns are just fine in Space who knows we might need them one day up there or again on a missed landing might be useful.
