Well time has come to spill the beans I guess. 1st of I just want to say thank you all for the love, friendship, prayers & smoke. It really helps.

I go in tomorrow for surgery to remove the mesothelioma, and I and my wife have decided to use alternative means of post surgery treatment. I have read to many side effects and problems related with chemo & radiation and I FEEL I CAN BEAT THIS with alternative means. I've talked to many people who have all said the same thing. In the medical industry you are just a renewable resource to those buggers and I really feel good about MY decision.

So just thought I'd let everyone know and hey, see y'all in 2-3 weeks. In the hospital for about 5-10 days and then home. Once I get home I'm still not going to want to get to the computer for a while more.

Anyway best to all and see ya later.

Russ, keep with the possitive attitude. You will beat this! Prayers from Idaho and the Lind family.

Russ and Amie,

Our prayers continue to go out to you and yours.

You are a man of INFI my friend. . . I have no doubt that you will kick this thing.

If there is anything that we can do, please do not hesitate to ask.

God bless,

Russ, you still have my number? If you need anything, even if its just someone to yell at, talk to, cry to, what ever. Call any time brother, you know I will be here for you.

Prayers for you and your's Russ.... thanks for the update. One day at a time.

Good luck. If you're managing it yourself, Max Gerson's book "A Cancer Therapy" and a Norwalk juicer are the way to go IMO. I've seen cases of people doing really well with his approach. Starve the cancer, feed your immune system, and support your liver are the keys to his approach. Seriously, good luck.

Hang in there and keep swingin'! Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Best wishes from one survivor to another.......

Positive attitude does a lot man, an awful lot...

Thoughts and prayers will continue...

Russ - will continue to pray for you and best wishes tomorrow as you go through surgery.
