Rust on steel liners

A few of my knives that i carry around for edc have developed rusts in the steel liners, except for those that i disassemble and clean throughly once a week. Right now, my Navaja and PPT have many rust spots in areas that are not reachable by my fingers. Although their unpolished liners are probably less rust resistant than the polished liners that the para2 and stretch 2 have, but i have never exposed any of them to any wet conditions.

Anyone faces this problem and any solutions to solve it? Rinsing my knives in warm water and drying them does not help because water seeps through parts such as between the liner and handle, and there is no way i can get them completely dry without taking them apart. Or are rust spots on liners normal and is perfectly acceptable problem that i just have to get used to it?

Thanks

Some people's sweat is tougher on knives than others. If your EDC are rusting, it's time for a Pacific Salt. No liners and H1 steel.

I believe the liners are made from 420J stainless steel. It would take a salt water, very high humidity, or using them and putting them away wet for them to rust up that easily.
Any stainless steel will rust if not properly cared for. I once saw a Smith & Wesson model 64 that a lady brought into a gun shop in a plastic bag. It was covered in rust.

The parts that are exposed have no rust because i wipe them with a cloth when it's out of my pocket. I suspect the rusts on the inside are caused by condensation when i move from an air conditioned place to the warmer outside. Such a pity that i like those knives alot but they seem to be incompatible with the weather or my body's heat.
