Big one is 1.2519 small one is M42 steel.Both are in my kitchen ,nobody take care of them except me .I often found both in sink with something on them .
1.2519 often has that yellow rust ......small one NEVER .Big one is about year , year and half in use and other one several months .....1.2519 is about 63-64 hrc and M42 around 67-68 maybe ..... So what's the deal ?
