I bought this arrowhead a few weeks ago and after seeing the excellent kydex sheaths in the forum I wanted to have one.
Then this afternoon I found this :

A couple of pieces of leather that was lost . I decided to become a leather seath for the arrowhead
What I have done is a very rustic founded. First of all I have given the way I wanted to the pieces of leather, and I've sewn inside getting wet arrowhead wrapped in plastic to shape it.

As a result :

I left the two peaks of the sides and I have not started prior to sew .I do not know if the final form I'm going to leave is this. I have clear that I love black, so I'm going to paint it black with shoe dye.
Something easy to do . I do not know if this is useful but it is entertaining

That looks good Alvar. I think I would have made it just a tad larger as it seems you might be able to cut the stiching with the AH. I have a friend who made a leather sheath to hold 3 broadheads for primitive archery and he had the problem of cutting the stitching if he pushed them in a little to far.

nice job.. i have been meaning to try and make something, for my AH-1..

Thank you for your answers. I have painted it black and i have putted epoxy to try to solve the problem of cutting the stitching

That looks very nice 'AlvaF'....
I think the epoxy you added should solve the possible thread cutting problem just fine. ;)
Excellent work.......

Nice I've been meaning to try my hand at sheath work too. Just need to get off my butt and order some leather...
