This is a customer recently ordered a small hunting knives.

Appreciation to you.


Work Description:
Steel. RWL-34 to reverse the pattern stainless steel Damascus [gradually thin handle processing]

Hand. 316 stainless steel Damascus +304. [Detachable]

Wood handle. Mammoth fossil ivory. Red pads. Nail mosaic. Stainless steel pipe.
Sui Mei deerskin.
[ "Hand-carved point." The first time I ask you a lot to produce their own included]

Sheath material. Leather [hand-embossed handle].


Full-length. 20.8 cm. Blade length. 9 cm.

Thought I usually like little unique details, I just can't bring myself to like that recessed allen set screw. Hard to choose which side it looks worst on.
EVERYTHING else, I like VERY much.

I like it all but that dang screw.
 
That is a sweet piece! Great Job! The guard / bolster screw does look odd though.
 
The ONLY thing I don't like is the recessed screw.
Everything else is your usual top shelf work and I just love the damascus pattern. :cool:

That's one fine looking knife. I guess I don't get the screw either but I'd be happy to do own it.
 
I don't much like the screw either but it is a great looking knife.
Can't please us all, all of the time
 
I guess enough has been said about the recessed screw in the bolster and I agree, but I do like the damascus, nicely tapered tang and everything else about it.

You do great work MOMO.

The most important thing is to screw the hands of acid洗护use patterns and烧蓝.
Detachable so the you do.

最主要是要酸洗護手的花紋及燒藍用.
所以才做可拆式的啦.

That was my first thought as well, but so the guard comes off? Not like it's a take-down (at least from what I can determine from the photos) which can be disassembled for cleaning.

It's pretty amazing though that of the many knives momo has posted this is the only one I can remember having negative comment. :thumbup:

OH, there was that Bowie with the fur covered handle. ;)

Can't think of another maker who can pull off so many different designs/styles with such success.
