For my first post with my new knife maker status I thought I'd post my first go at a kitchen knife.

OAL: 330mm
Blade: 200mm cutting edge x 37 x 2.5
Scales: nicely figured walnut with brass corbys and red liners. hand rubbed to 2000# with a sunflower oil finish.
Grind: flat grind finished to 400#

Excellent Tim, I like how there is no ricasso, very smooth. Nice handle too, I like the sculpting.

That is cool you got your knifemaker membership, I look forward to seeing some of your knives for sale.

Thanks Daniel. I was hoping someone would notice the missing plunge line.

Yep shouldn't be too long before i have some ready to sell. I'm at college at the moment though which gives me even less time to work on knives than usual.
