Tell me what you think.

This one is 1095 steel, but the next versions will be Crucible cm154

1095 1/4"x5 7/8" OAL 2" Handle Curly maple burl
Bead blasted button head screws (one emergency screw is in a hole under the slabs in tool dip so that it does not rattle)
Intergrated leather loop with glass bead
Leather or Kydex sheaths available

FYI: I sell these on my site as a courtesy to SA Reiter. I DO NOT keep any funds from the sales. So yes I am biased as I like Spencer and enjoy his work. But there is not a financial benefit for me.

 Looks like a great neck knife or one to ride weak side horizontal on the belt (for me anyway) Is this a possible future offering?

Cerberus:thumbup:

That is exactly how it is designed to be carried.;)

I am taking pre-orders for mid-to-late March delivery. Email or PM me for info.

For this first limited quanity run, handle options include Micarta, G-10, Carbon Fiber, Maple Burl(as shown), Titanium, almost anything you want.:p

It looks good BUT I'd like to see the first finger notch (choil?) be a little closer in size and position the second (huge) finger hole.

No offense but i wish pigs could fly, The pics do not do it justice there are several ways to hold this knife the holes help with indexing the knife and if you pinch the top holes you have percision to slice as if you where capping a trophy animal if the holes get larger the knife gets larger and that is my intent to keep this model small and sub 6" yet strong enough to sustain any stress and any envirioment, thats why its 1/4" i have large hands and it does have some shortcomings but the balalance overall reverse position lends to a small package with a badass sting. Like i said my intent is not to offend you with my comment about your opinion but the design is what it is. i tried the larger holes and found it to be quite uncomfortable and hard to manage with gloved hands not to mention how weak the steel becomes with larger holes thanks

I do take offense this because you sir apparently CANNOT READ!

And I did in a way that I feel was polite, and I really do like the knife, but AS ASKED FOR, I presented my feelings about what I saw.
I understand that appearences don't tell the whole story, and I might find the knife quite comfortable, but since the only thing I have to go by is the picture that is what I did. Normally I like to welcome newbies to the forums, but it looks like I won't be doing that unless I can welcome you to the exit door.

Hey really sorry did not mean to start a war should have thought before i responded.peace

S.A. Reiter Like i said my intent is not to offend you with my comment about your opinion but the design is what it is.

The steel that eddie posted for the first one will be 1095 (just cut the last of it) as for cpm 154 those will not be availible until april thats the next cut .So for now i ordered some straight 154 and talking with a abs mastersmith he said all i lose is the ability to gain a great great polish and one degree of rockwell and i can live with that for now

Okay, I will welcome you here.
One thing that I like and truly believe about these forums is that people are actually able to post what they think, as long as it is in a respectful manner.
I don't normally post any type of critisms of knives unless it is specifically asked for, and when it is I try to do my best to help, ie give my honest evaluation. That's all I was doing. There are places on the internet where friendly disagreements will get you a TON of neg. reputation points or even banned, but I like to think that BF is above that. That's why I'm a paying member. I believe in BF! (Salute to Spark)
I hope you come to understand and appreciate this.
Be Well, and best wishes to you and your family!

Do you really wish pigs could fly? Think about the crap you would be cleaning of your automobile, and every time you saw a flying pig you would have to dive for cover.:p

And now, back to our original thread....

I just got this knife in the mail. I love it. I may be a little biased, but it really does fit my hand very well. And will be an excellent EDC :p

I LOVE this knife!! I think it looks fantastic!! CONGRATS ekillian on owning one!!

Jumped on one through K5 the moment I saw it. Didn't want to miss out on that Maple Burl. It's gonna be a classy EDC.
