This piece was picked up from me yesterday. It was a fun knife to make and presented a few challenges for me. I forged the damascus that was used throughout the blade and handle. I used a laddered w pattern for the 9" blade, bolsters and handle frame. I used a piece of 1200 layer Damascus for the forged raised clam shell guard to break up the w pattern from the blade to the bolsters. The handle material is ivory over a nickel silver spacer.

I'd prefer an spastic shell over a calm shell!:D
