S&M heavy duty jack?

I'm always on the lookout for my next knife and this S&M heavy duty jack has been on my mind. I'm hoping some of you have some experience with this knife and can share it with me. I don't mind a little bigger knife but don't want it too big as to be a rock in my pocket. My Upnorth knife is the 2012 forum knife- how do they compare size and weight?
