Just got the sar knife and i found a new busse knife sharpening test system. i dont know if this has been posted yet.

you cant really test how sharp a knife is by cutting thick pape like that though... you need to get very thin and weak paper and cut it at a angle and if it rips insted of cuttig it isn't as sharp.

thick, thin, heavy, light, . . . if it cuts paper, its a good thing. :D
 
Yeah, and the cuts should be done 90 deg to the paper edge- and on a push, not on a slice.
 
So, we need a P.C.90.T.P.S.S.S.S.?
