I handled one for the first time today. It was smoother than any bali I have ever flipped. Then again, thats only 3-4. Also, it was silent. I didnt hear anything except the latch slap the handle when I closed it. Does anyone have one? How well does the blade cut and hold its edge?

I can't vouch for the blade a whole lot, I just haven't cut much with it. I'm going to sell mine to Musketblade sometime in the future. He's using it as his Every Day Cary.
It is probably the best, smoothest flipper out there to date.
Much tighter and smoother than my BM42.
I think that you would be very happy with this knife.

does it have a latch stop? How about the pivots. I cant remember if they are screws or pins.

The Knifezilla Advanced Tech pages have the info you seek. :)

"These highly engineered swingers have a built in latch stop ..."

"Allen screw fasteners are used to attach the blade to handle and latch to handle for quick and easy adjustment or replacement."

"Teflon washers between the blade and the handle make for a glass on glass smoothness during the swing."

I have not used the blade, but these are the smoothest balis I own. I really enjoy the weight of the brass handled one. For me, tho, when I carry a belt knife it's a bali, and it's a BM42, mainly due to the Weehawk blade profile. I've just moved from a BM42a to a BM42BLK. Still getting used to the powdercoat ...

I was messin' with my brass handled SWAT here by the computer, and noticed the blade says 154CM so I would think "no worries" as far as blade steel goes. :)

Is there anyone with a pic of a SWAT and a BM side by side. I love big knives s I am considering a SWAT.

Kyui :) Hope you are doing well! If you take a look at the post by Blade 420...called "Camping Trip"...he has some darn good photos of a BM and SWAT together...see ya...take care!
