S&W HRTDR Combat Survival (7") Kydex Sheath parts

I have one of S&W's Combat Survival knives. It is model HRTDR with a 7" blade.
The sheath is a 2 part deal in Kydex. There is a bag of screws/hardware that is supposed to connect the 2 parts together. But, I seemed to have lost the hardware.

Does anyone know where I can get the hardware for this sheath?

I would appreciate any help.
