I've got someone who asked me to make him a knife in s110V. I've never used it before. He would like it at (or around) 62rc. I have oven, LN, plates, etc for in house, but what is the recipe (on paper at least). I've seen 2050 and 2150 for austentize temp, but doing that and cryo, what temper? It looks like most say high temp for that, but is it like 3V where lower temp tempering is better?

Using a high temperature temper leads to reduced corrosion resistance for any stainless steel so I do not recommend it.

So say 2150 and cryo then temper 3 times at 400? Would that be around 62ish? 350 for 63? Or is 400 closer to 60?
