I have a $200 voucher from Amazon & I'm trying to decide on which of these to get. Here's what I have so far:

1. I have an older Stretch in Super Blue steel & love it but I really like the straight spine of the Stretch 2, plus I don't have anything in K390.

2. I have three Natives(S90V,4V & M4) but I don't have one in G10 & always wanted a G10 Native, plus it's S110V.

So what would you choose? Get a 4th Native with an improved handle/premium steel or the Stretch 2? (which is pretty much a new knife compared to the old Stretch). The Native, Stretch & Delica are my three favorite Spydercos. I'm leaning towards the Native because I already have so many FRN Spydercos but the Stretch 2 looks damn near perfect to me. Decisions decisions.... 🤔

I also love the Native, but like the Manix 2 a bit more. In a way, the Manix 2 is like a bigger Native. In any case, my main carry is the lightweight S110V Manix 2 and I have to say I am kind of shocked at how long it keeps a sharp edge.

K390 Stretch. No question about it...
I love the Native, but dude... K390 has become my favorite.

All my k390s (delica, endela, police) are awesome slicers. All thinner ground than say their vg10 counterparts. They are fun to sharpen being thinner and take a really keen edge. Edge supposed to be very stable with this steel plus it is ran really hard l (scratches gorilla glass), so makes the apex easy to refine and get rid of the burr.
Stretch is a good model and you seem to like it.

I'd say K390 Stretch and it's not even close. It is my most used Spyderco and probably in my top 3 of all the ones I have owned and I've owned a good number of them. K390 is excellent stuff and you need to try it. S110V is also excellent but has some more noticeable downsides, in my view. If you can live without much corrosion resistance, K390 is a winner. Good luck with your choice!

I'm going to go with the Stretch. I'm really curious about the K390 & I just love the look of the new straight spine. I appreciate all of your opinions. Thanks a lot, guys.

If you're OK with a non stainless steel, Stretch 2 in K390 would get my vote. The Native is a great knife, and I do like S110V, but the Stretch just gets more use for me as it's "just right." The straight spine blade shape is quite nice also. Wasn't sold on it at first sight, but after carrying it for a while it at least equals the original Stretch blade shape for me.

Have a straight spine K390 Stretch coming in today. We'll see what all the hype is about with that steel. It is a really good looking knife though (for FRN anyway ;)). It'll suffice for me until they release a PM2 lightweight.
