I modded my S1X sheath 2 days to fit my S1 Pro.

At first the S1 was hard to even fit all the way in. The finger guard seems slightly wider than in S1X.
I carved some plastic out from the tiny holes of finger guard stop to make room for the blade's finger guard.

Then I microwaved a 0.4l cup of water to about 70C and poured it specifically over the fingerguard holes, put the knife in and pressed it in towards the fingerguard with slight force.

I also removed material from the locking mechanism. Then I rerounded it, making the corner that turns in even less sharp and finally finesanded and polished it for easy switching
The rerounding of the locking mechanism helped very much, making it very easy to lock and unlock the knife.

Then I repeated the warmed water process.

I left it done when the locking mechanism was still taking some effort to switch and I am waiting if it breaks in.

After using it yesterday and drawing it quite a lot it seemed to work almost perfectly.
However if it is sheathed for long period the blade will need to be lifted out at a small angle, it seems the sheath is still tight at finger guard.

I would advise to start modding from the locking mechanism; removing material until the action is smoother and then using warm water and only after that removing material near the finger guard stop.

This video is from 2 days ago, after second final modification (the locking switch tab material removal and polish)
The locking switch works already much smoother.
