So now I'm in the market for an S30V Military. I've tried knifeworks, but they're all out. If anyone comes across a dealer who has them in stock (reasonably priced), please advice.

I ordered my CPM-S30V Military from http://www.ultout.com/ in Texas. They were a little slow to ship, but very courteous, and the price is hard to beat. Right now they have three serrated ones in stock, but none in plain edge.

I did get my knife a day or so after I posted, and it is great. The quality is the same or better than my original SE Military, and the S30V takes a wonderful edge. I don't know if it is just the steel or a combination of the steel and edge geometry, but my new Military took a scary sharp edge after only a couple of minutes work. Good luck in finding one.
