S30V Military
I have been using my S30V Military for a couple of months now. I also own 2 other Military blades, one Forum model in S60V and a normal Mil in S60V.
The Military has always been my Fav Spyderco knife and the S30V model is by far the best of the series. You cn see several improvement have been made over the years to the knife, redesigned clip to better lock up. The S30V steel is the icing on the cake. The edge holding is simply superb, no worries about toughness either. No sign or rust and it is far more straightforward to sharpen than S60V (CPM 440V) and has none of the toughness concerns.
Sal this really is the best knife you have ever made that I have been lucky enough to own. I own quite a few Spidies and I consider this to be the definitive model to own! That and the Endura!
What next? Well I have my eye on a fully serrated model...
