I just finished this order up, check it out. This is one of my favorite chopper designs, it was really fun getting to make it.

This one is big and sharp!

.25" Acid Etched S7 Steel and my own handmade Black Glow scales

EDIT - NEW PICS!

Blacked out with a hint of chrome...

I particularly like your polished-tip stuff. When I first went through your picture thread, those were the first things that really jumped off the screen, because of the way the tips are laid up against a different surface treatment, and also because of the sweeping, flawless, incredibly complex compound radii you form. If I didn't know you did them by hand, I'd just assume they were at least designed with computer assistance.

I read that you're considering some polished-tip styles at some stage in the folder run, and also later a Tanto, and something in the +.300" range- both of which are the things that give me a real diamond-chipper the most, to think about. I was also wondering if I might like a Chazor™- let those "Razel™" guys send their law-weasels after me for *that* one! :D

Thanks!

Wow pretty cool. Chisel grind?
Much appreciated! Yes it is chisel... flat to convex edge and tip.

Good gawd that's cool!
Thanks Rolf!

Thanks, I really appreciate hearing that.

I am a big fan of contrasting finishes and polished edges and tips... look out for stonewashed folders with mirror edges.

That's a beauty, is that a Poon Tanto style?

It is tanto influenced for sure with the compound tip but no poon tip, it is a big weight forward design though.

I'll get more pics, this one just does it no justice... I got a call while taking pics and helped a friend out of a ditch but wanted to get a pic up for the prospective owner. There is still ballistol on the blade in this pic, lol...

Nice! Is that some of the black yarn stuff with blue GITD?
Thanks! It is black yarn and green glow, good eye. It is grippy material.

I owe you guys a glow pic too!

 SWEEEEEET!!

Designed for maximum Radness!

Much appreciated!

The design is one I have had in my head for a while. I think it is one of my best choppers yet.

The straight edge is easy to sharpen. Great ergonomics... strong tip with plenty of weight forward.

More pics soon! Thanks guys!
