Where can a find knifes made of either CPM-15V or S90V? And will it come excellently cryoed and MULTI-tempered, yes MULTI... heared this from someone who actual knew what he was talken about, that some do think it is necessary, could nevertheless mean a lot (hardness and toughness).
Mediumsized, fixed and tanto shaped and because of their nature I will depend on the maker for I am not up the this kind of sharpenning, Boron-Nitride on the edge.
Would I be able to return it to the maker if it evers grow not so crisp as it was (although I will take very good care for it and be very gentle). Would he reapply that coating and give the knife and overall checkup? And... is this all possible something like 10 or 20 years after purchase...?
