Saw that according to gpknives.com the S90V para-mil's expected release date is suppose to be 10/31 is this accurate? Originally I heard "end of the year" which I assumed meant Decemberish perhaps later. Hoping Sal or Tazkristi might be able to answer this, really looking forward to this knife, might even try to get two of them if I have the funds and opportunity. Just wondering how long I have to get the funds ready.

Amazing news! I really hope that my preorder works out for this knife. It looks to be amazing. Plus now I will get to try out a para 2 so I can see if I really want a second or not before the next sprint.

Yep just a couple of weeks to wait. :D

I can't wait to get mine and add it to my steel database.

Any news on the Gray CTS-20CP version? I have two of each coming from preorder.

That's January I believe.

Ankerson, I have no reason not to believe you about the January release date, but can you cite your source on this one? It's just that I'm VERY excited about that one (even more than for the CF/S90V sprint) and for some reason assumed the stated 2011 release date would be much farther into the calendar year, probably due to the CF/S90V sprint happening so soon.

GPS Knives was right on about the S90V vers (Confirmed by Eric Glesser) and they say January 2011 for the CTS-20P vers.

I"m pretty sure that's what I remember reading from Sal or Kristi here or at SF, too...I could be mis-remembering.

I'm actually kinda glad the Carpenter sprint won't be out for a while. X-mas and birthdays are really going to hit my knife funds over the next couple of months. It's good to have some time to save up for a sprint. Hopefully I'll be able to snag a CTS sprint.
