I have four Sabatier chef's knives. They all have the same "bunch of grapes" stamping on the handles, though some of them are pretty worn.
I bought the 4", 6" and 8" new in 1974, and got the 10" from E-bay a couple of years ago.
This is the "bunch of grapes" stamping on the 10":

I use these knives every day in the kitchen and would never part with them.
Can someone please identify which Sabatier these are: Jeune Garanti, Acier Fondu Garanti, or something else altogether?
